Parameter	Description
`Alarm ID`	Alarm identifier.
`Timestamp`

Timestamp when the alarm was raised in GMT.
`Local Timestamp`	The last time the alarm was raised in local time zone format.
`State`	Alarm state (SET, CLEAR OR MAN CLR).
`Desc`	Alarm description.
`Reporter`	Name of the task reporting this Alarm.
`Severity`	Alarm severity: CRITICAL, MAJOR, MINOR, INFORMATIONAL
`Initial Timestamp`	Initial time when the alarm was raised.
`Count`	Number of alarms displayed.
`Acknowledge State`	Current operator state of the outstanding alarm: Acknowledge or Un Acknowledge.
`Comment`	Notes or comments added to the current outstanding alarm.
