Description

This alarm indicates that an HPC call is attempted without HPC license. The call proceeds as a normal call and the SBC does not treat it as an HPC call. This alarm warns the operator to purchase an HPC license so that the HPC calls have priority treatment.

Repetition

Yes. This alarm repeats any time the SBC attempts an HPC call. There is a minimum of an hour between alarm.
