slbIpAddress	O	ip-address		IP Address of the SLB
inviteReqTimeout	O	uint32	90	INVITE transaction timeout on SLB. (Range is 1 - 180s)
nonInviteReqTimeout	O	uint32	32	Non INVITE transaction timeout on SLB. (Range is 1 - 64s)
commInterface	O			This defines communication interface for SLB traffic
