Level MC3 refers to critical congestion level. By default, this level is disabled since the adaptive congestion controls (which activate at levelMC2) prevent the box from reaching this level. The following are the set threshold and clear threshold percentage for Level MC3:

  • Set threshold: 98%
  • Clear threshold: 95%

On SBC main screen, go to All > System > Congestion > Level MC3.
