For CODEC G711SS, specifies whether Use the Silence Insertion Descriptor window to define the Silence Insertion Descriptor (SID) packets are sent during a call.

On the On SBC main screen, go to Configuration > Profile Management > Category: Media Profiles > Packet Service Profile >Silence Insertion Descriptor or

Configuration > System Provisioning > Trunk Provisioning > Packet Service Profile > Silence Insertion Descriptor or
All > Profiles > Media > Packet Service Profile > Silence Insertion Descriptor
The Silence Insertion Descriptor .Select the desired window opens. Select a Packet Service Profile from the drop-down list to view and edit its respective Silence Insertion Descriptor parameters.The Silence Insertion Descriptor window is displayed.
