Configuration files are .cli files which are used to store parameter values for a particular CLI configuration on the

. When required, these configuration files can be used to set up the

 through EMA GUI for the required configuration without going to each window and changing the parameter values manually. Each configuration file stores one particular type of configuration and is used to configure the

 only for that configuration.

The Configurations tab allows the administrator and users to view the current CLI configuration on the

, as well provides the tools to import and export configurations.

On the

main screen, go to Administration > System Administration > Configuration Template Import (EMA). The Configurations window is displayed.

The first panel displays current processes.

The second panel lists all the available configurations that are currently running on the

The third panel, which appears when you click Create Configuration from the Template, allows you to create a configuration from default or user added templates.

To Create Configuration

You can create an

 configuration using default or user defined templates using this object. Refer Configuration Template Import (EMA) - Create a Configuration for more details.

To Download Configuration

To download and save a configuration to local drive, click the download option beside the configuration.
