6. Perform the following:

   1. Select SBC 5XX0 or 7XX0 from the Product drop-down list.

   2. Select Linux From the Operating System drop-down list. The list of Software Bundles that are matching the Product and the Operating System appears

   Select the Product as SBC 5XX0/SBC 7XX0 and Operating System as Linux. The SBC5x7x_4.2 software bundle is listed as shown

   1. below.

7. Click Request Download. The Software Download Form displays as shown below on the SBC5x7x_5.0 software bundle.

8. Enter the Address address details . Read and accept the license agreement as shown below End-User License Agreement.

9. Click Submit.

   The submitted Software Request Detail displays as shown below screen displays. The Request Status initially displayed as Submitted state.

10.  Click SUPPORT and then SW DOWNLOAD.

11. Click SOFTWARE DOWNLOADS tab. The Software Downloads home screen displays Download Requests tab.

    Once the download request is approved the software download request status changes to In Process state. When the software is available for download, the status changes to Download Available Click Download Requests tab. The Software Request ID SW-19219 and Software Bundle SBCSWe_4.2 shows the status in In Process state.

12. Click the Software Request ID associated with the software bundle.

    The Download page appears.

13. Click on the download URL from the Software Requests section to download the softwareVerify whether the status has been changed to Download Available state. If yes, click the Software Request ID.
