OS and application software on any virtual machine, the downloaded ISO image needs to be added to the Datastore. Perform the following steps to upload ISO image to datastore:Login as user root on VMware vSphere client.
- Enter VMware host machine IP Address.
- Enter your VMware vSphere administrator user name.
- Enter your VMware vSphere administrator password.

Select the IP Address of your server and click Configuration tab. Click Storage option and select the Datastore and right click as shown:
