The Media Capture Tool (MCT) is used for capturing and replaying RTP Traffic. The SBC forks the media streams to the MCT. The criteria for recording calls is configured in the PSX. When a call meets the criteria, the PSX indicates the need for media forking in the Policy Response to the SBC
