Use the the QOS Values window to define Differentiated Services Code Point (DSCP) values for the selected Packet Service Profile to apply to different packet types on egress. This configuration applies when a call is not identified as an HPC (High Priority Call) and therefore not subject to an HPC profile.
On the SBC main screen, go to Configuration > Profile Management > Category: Media Profiles > Packet Service Profile > QOS Values or
All > Profiles > Media > Packet Service Profile > QOS Values.
Select the desired Packet Service Profile from the drop-down list to view its respective QOS Values parameters. The QOS Values window opens.
