Excerpt Include_The Initial _Setup_Initial_SetupnopanelSetup process sets the basic configuration for the SBC system and is only required the first time you setup the system. After completing this process, you can start using and configuring the system remotely using a web browser.

The Initial Setup screen will present different information depending whether or not your SBC is equipped with an Application Solution Module. The screen below is shown for an SBC with an installed ASM. If the SBC you are setting up does not have an ASM, certain fields are unavailable. These are noted below.true

Launch on First Login. Easy Setup is launched following initial setup. See Working with SBC Easy Configuration for configuration details.

Do Not Launch. Easy Setup is not launched following initial setup. To configure the Wizard later, see Using the Easy Configuration Wizard.

Determines how the ASM configures its network interface. When set to Yes, it enables the ASM to automatically configure its network interface from the DHCP server reachable via the SBC 10002000's Ethernet Port #1. Ensure that the IP address is on the same subnet as those provided by your DHCP server. When set to No, the IPv4 Address field is displayed and the ASM IP address must be entered manually.

This option is set to No by default.
