For the next several steps, you will create a distributed switch for each type of interface in the order shown below. The examples shown below are for VDS-MGMT distributed switch. If server has more than 4 physical NIC ports, you can opt to assign VDS-MGMT label to vSwitch1, VDS-HA to vSwitch2, VDS-PKT0 to vSwitch3 and VDS-PKT1 to vSwitch4.

Select the Name field and enter distributed switch name, then click Next. (New Distributed Switch, step 1).
