Air Filters are Customer Replaceable Units (CRU), shown in the following figure.Check the Air Filter periodically for cleanliness and replace as necessary. The Air Filter product code is SBC-5XXX-FILTER.

- Attach an Electrostatic Discharge wrist strap using the ESD grounding point on the front panel of the chassis (see refer to Connecting Electrostatic Discharge Wrist Strap for details).
- Remove the Bezel assembly (see refer to SBC 5000 Series Bezel for procedure).
- Take the Bezel assembly to a work area not in the vicinity of the air intake of the SBC chassis chassis ensuring any loose particles are not drawn into the SBC chassis chassis during the filter removal procedure.
- Set Bezel assembly face down on a work surface.
Rotate the white pull tab until it clears the Bezel frame clip.

- Pull upwards on the white tab lifting the one end of the Air Filter out of the Bezel.
Slide the Air Filter in the direction shown to disengage it from the two black tabs at the other end.

Discard the Air Filter.
- Vacuum the Bezel frame and front panel of the SBC chassis if necessary, to remove dust and particulate matter.
Insert the replacement Air Filter info the Bezel assembly by reversing the above steps.

- Secure the Air Filter to the Bezel assembly by rotating the white pull tab to its original position under the Bezel frame clip.
- Reattach the Bezel assembly to the SBC chassis (see chassis (refer to SBC 5000 Series Bezel).

- Humidity must be less than 95% (non-condensing).
- Temperature must be between -40C and +70C.
