If Call Data Channel which you wish to delete is configured for PCSI or IMS, then ensure that:

  • Media and Signaling (for IMS configuration only) mode are Out of Service and
  • Media and Signaling (for IMS configuration only) state are Disabled

before performing the below procedure. Refer xx Refer Media - TCP and Media - UDP to edit media profile xx and Mediation Server - Signaling to edit signaling.

To delete any of the created Call Data Channel, click the radio button next to the specific Call Data Channel which you want to delete.
