Level MC2 refers to moderate congestion level. By default, the adaptive congestion controls activate when this level of congestion is reached. The following are the set threshold and clear threshold percentage for Level MC2:

  • Set threshold: 90%
  • Clear threshold: 86%

On SBC main screen, go to All > System > Congestion > Level MC2.
