This profile displays Use the Hard Disk Status window to view the status of the hard disk status on in the server(s).

On the SBC main screen, go to Troubleshooting > Troubleshooting Tools > System Status and Usage >Hard Disk Status or
Monitoring > System > Category: Hardware Status > Hard Disk > Hard Disk Status or
All > SystemHard Disk Status

. The Hard Disk Status window is displayed.

By default only ten entries are displayed in a view. You can choose the number of entries to be displayed under the Show entries drop down box. Click Image Removed to expand the window to display more fields.

Parameter

Description

Server Name

Identifies Name of the server.

Disk Number

Indicated the hard disk number (typically 0 through 3).

Present

Indicates if the hard disk exists.

Product ID

Indicates the product ID of the hard disk as assigned by the vendor.

Revision

Revision of the hard disk as assigned by the vendor.

Capacity

Indicates the capacity of the disk.

Disk Status

Indicates the hard disk status that indicates if the disk is online/failed.

Health Test

Specifies the overall health of the device

Disk Life Remaining

Specifies a calculated percentage estimating the life remaining of the device or N/A if not supported by the device.
