- Click on the Settings tab.
- In the left navigation pane, go to SIP > Local Registrar.
- From the desired entry in the SIP Local Registrar Table, click Counters.

- From the desired entry in the SIP Local Registrar Table, click Counters.
Click the Reset Counters link at the top left-hand of the screen. The SIP counters are cleared.
