1. In Domain Action, select Join to a Domain. Notes:
   • The ASM computer name must be NetBIOS compliant with a maximum length of 15 characters.
   • The name used must match the name used during the Central Site Tasks steps
2. In Domain Name, enter the name of the domain used by your Microsoft Lync environment.
3. In User Name, enter the user name of the account with domain administrator privileges.
   This can be entered in the form of username@domain or domain\username

4. In Password, enter the password of the account with domain administrator privileges.

5. Click the OKbutton to join to the Domain. A series of status messages will be dispatched when joining to the domain:

   1. Setting hostname step:

1. In Domain Action, select Unjoin from Current Domain.
