The bottom slot of the SBC chassis contains the System Controller Card (SCC) module, which is also known as Baseboard Management Controller (BMC). SCC is used for chassis management and processing. An SCC is a single CRU model, which contains one SCC/BMC management port (10MB/100MB), one serial port, and one 15-pin alarm port. The SCC product code is SBC-7000-SCC.

The SCC IS NOT a hot pluggable module. Removing the SCC in a running chassis will crash the system. |
To replace a SCC/BMC card:
