Note

Exporting a configuration may impact the performance of the SBC. It should be performed during off-peak hours when the system is in a "no-congestion" state. A no-congestion state is indicated by a System Congestion Status > System Congestion MCLevel value of 0.

  1. On SBC main screen, go to Administration > System Administration > Configuration and Profile Import/Export (PM). The Configuration and Profile Import/Export (PM) window is displayed.

  2. Select the configuration you wish to export.

  3. Click Export Configuration Profiles. The Export Full Configuration or Profiles window is displayed.

  4. Perform one of the following:
    • For Export Type, select Full Configuration (default selection).

      Enter a file name and click Start Export. You can check the status in the Import/Export Status Monitor panel.

    • For Export Type, select Selected Profiles.

      Select a Profile Type from the drop-down list. Enter a file name and click Start Export. You can check the status in the Import/Export Status Monitor panel.

  5. Once the operations is complete, the Status Monitor shows success message.
