Viewing the Current Alarms

On SBC main screenTo view the Current Alarms, from the Sonus EMA menu, navigate to Monitoring > Dashboard > Alarms > Current Alarms. The Current Alarms window is displayed.

To view the Cleared Alarms, from the Sonus EMA menu, navigate to Monitoring > Dashboard > Alarms > Cleared Alarms. The Cleared Alarms window is displayed.

To clear a raise or current alarm, navigate to Monitoring > Dashboard > Alarms .

1. Select the alarm by clicking the radio button from the table you want to clear.

2. Select Alarm. Click Edit Alarm to edit the selected alarm.

3. Select the Cleared radio button.
4. Click the Save icon. The alarm will be cleared from the Current alarm Alarms table.
