  3. Enter your Sonus provided credentials to log on to the portal.

    Note: The user name is always displayed in CAPITAL letters.

  4. Click SUPPORT tab.

  6. To search for the software bundle, follow below steps:

    1. In Select Software section, choose SBC SWe from the Product drop-down list.

    2. Choose Linux From the Operating System drop-down list.

      The list of Software Bundles that are matching the Product and the Operating System displays below:

  7. Choose the appropriate software bundle, and click Request Download link.

  8. Type the requested details. In Sonus Software End-User License Agreement section, click I Accept.

  9. Click Submit.

  10. The Software Request screen displays. The Request Status initially displayed as Submitted state.

    Note
    Once the software request is submitted, the approval/denial requires minimum of 15 minutes.
    If the request is approved, the user receives an email with a link to download the requested software.

    If the request is denied, the user receives an email with a reason for denial.

    If there is an issue with the portal, raise a request in TAC.

  11. Once the software request is approved, and the Request Status is changed to Download Available, click SUPPORT > SW DOWNLOAD > Download Requests.
    Note: Once the download request is approved, the software download request status changes to In Process state. When the software is available for download, the status changes to Download Available state.

  12. Click the appropriate Software Request ID associated with the software bundle.

  13. In the Software Requests section, click the appropriate URL to download the software.

  14. The browser redirects you to the following page and prompts you to save the file. If the pop-up window fails to display, click the link click here to save your file.

  15. Download the URL directly to the Openstack glance using the following sample command in Openstack CLI:

  16. Save the software bundle to your local PC or server.
