To View Sip To Cpc Cause Map Profile
On SBC main screen, go to Configuration > Profile Management > Category: Signaling Profiles >Sip Cause Code Mapping > Sip To Cpc Cause Map Profile.
The Sip To Cpc Cause Map Profile window is displayed.

| Cancel Cause
| The Q850 cause value that the SIP CANCEL message should generate. RFC3398 specifies 16 (normal clearing), whereas Q1912.5 specifies 31 (normal unspecified). The respective default profiles contain these mappings but this provides a user override to the default mapping. Must be 1-127. | Cause Map | Specifies the SIP-to-CPC cause mapping values.
