 The SBC switches to local authentication only if external authentication (RADIUS) fails. The login attempt will be rejected if both the attempts fails.

To View User Status

On SBC main screen, go to All > Oam > Local Auth > User Status.

The User Status window is displayed.

To Edit User Status

To edit any of the User Status in the list, click the radio button next to the specific User Status name.

The Edit Selected User Status window is displayed below.

You would not be able to edit any fields as they are read-only.

User Status Commands

User Status Commands are used to edit the existing status of the users.

Click the radio button next to the specific User Status name.

The User Status Commands window is displayed below.

Select the desired option from the drop-down list and click Select. A pop window appears seeking your confirmation of the action.

Click disable/enable button depending on the command chosen. The result of the action is displayed.

Click OK to exit.
