To download the SBC software package from the Salesforce customer portal:

  1. Type the URL www.sonus.net in your browser and press Enter. The Sonus Corporate Portal appears.

  2. Click Login > Customer Portal.

    The Login window displays.

     

  3. Enter your Sonus-provided credentials to log on to the portal.

  4. Click Support.

  5. Click SW DOWNLOAD.

  6. Perform the following:

    1. Select SBC SWe from the Product drop-down list.

    2. Select Linux From the Operating System drop-down list. The list of Software Bundles that are matching the Product and the Operating System appears below.

  7. Click Request Download on the SBCSWe_5.0 software bundle.

    The Software Download Form page displays.

     

  8. Enter the address details and accept the End-User License Agreement.

  9. Click Submit.

    The Software Request screen displays. The Request Status initially displays in the Submitted state.

  10. Click SUPPORT and then SW DOWNLOAD.
     

  11. Click Download Requests tab.

    Once the download request is approved the software download request status changes to In Process state. When the software is available for download, the status changes to Download Available state.

  12. Click the Software Request ID associated with the software bundle.

    The Download page appears.
     

  13. Click on the download URL from the Software Requests section to download the software.

    The browser redirects you to the following page and a pop-up window appears to save your file. If the pop-up window fails to appear, click the click here link to save your file.

  14. Save the software to your local PC or server.
